You are a host of the Lord

Brethren, I quickly want to draw your attention to something in Exodus 12:41. Please I want you to take the Bible passage serious and meditate on it. Exodus 12: 41 states as follows: “And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day it came to pass, that all the hosts of the LORD went from the land of Egypt”. I want you to take note of the phrase “hosts of the LORD”.
This is the passage relating to the exodus of children of Israel from Egypt to the promised land. God should have said all the Israelites instead of saying “all the hosts of the LORD” but we must realise that every child of God is a host of the Lord. That’s the same word God would have called His angels and that is the same word He is calling us (His children). We must realise that every child of God is a Soldier in the Army of God. It is my prayers that you will remain a Soldier in God’s Army forever in Jesus name.
